Secretary of State .

Its object is to provide New Rules of Procedure in Admiralty caves which for reason given below, I consider -

desirable.

Such an Ardinance must either. be previously approved by Ster Majesty or contains a suspending clause _ Morial Court of Admiralty Act 1890 (hereinafter

referred
